True but Lloyd came on in the 86th minute when 3-0 up, not much of a return after training with the first team for over 6 months. But still better than nothing. The cynical side of me says how much of that was to call him a championship player when loaning him out.

Fourteen months on, exactly what is our strategy. Personally I can see no plan or forward thinking and we seem in a compete mess. Is it time for a change in senior management.

Assuming we bought the current players to fit our style, do you want to continue with what we have had for the last 3 seasons. Personally I would hope if a new manager comes in he will drastically change our style and if it means changing the type of player we have so be it.

12.30 KO last Saturday, virtually no travel plus the players did the square root of FA, nobody should be rested. They should be fighting for a starting place to sort out the mess, yes blame the coach but players need to man up and take responsibility. I can accept a loss tonight but not if the players just go through the motions again.

I would say the best judge of a good manager is a good manager. When they watch a game they see how a team is set up and how a manager reacts to the changes in the game particularly substitutions. If you have contacts in the game use these contacts. If you haven't you shouldn't be running a football club.

He joined them the end of the window not at the beginning of the season and had a slight injury from the Brighton pre season tour so wasn't on the bench to start. We then had two international breaks before he was injured. But let's not let facts get in the way of complete BS.
