This was my 1st away game for a long time and although I get the criticism of grounds being built on retail parks outside towns, I thought the ground was quality. Great view with no posts in the way. There really is something special happening this year, the togetherness is there, along with a belief and a never say die attitude. I cannot remember a time when we competed till the end like we are and getting rewards for that effort . I've been bringing my two children this year, with this being the first season to bring my 6 yr old daughter, they absolutely love it. Even though Tuesday is a school night, there's no way the kids wanted to miss out as we had tickets for the postponed fixture. Like someone said earlier, life seems so much better when Rangers are doing well, but also from a point of view of getting the kids involved, they want to be a part of it because we are doing so well. Future fans in the making for sure. I thought Coventry looked a decent side and would have settled for a point just after they scored. One last thing, and obviously glad the steward is ok but I think that break in play actually did us a favour, after just scoring and having the crowd behind them they would have been even more of a handful and potentially could have gone on and scored again. Great write Clive. Cheers. |
