So can these people now theoretically go on a massive killing spree and still be immune from prosecution? Or are they just pardoned for specific future crimes that they might potentially be implicated in?
It’s all a bit silly really. I can’t imagine any of it would hold up in practice. |

It’s the governments primary duty to look after its own people first. It’s all well and good spunking billions at tiny pacific islands in the name of climate change or committing to supporting Ukraine for the next century but it’s a bit of a kick in the balls when they say there’s no money left we’re going to have to tax you til your eyeballs pop. |

Labour spent 14 years criticising the previous governments for not spending enough. Now they are moaning there’s no money left. They can’t have it both ways.
Radical is the right word. We need new ideas, bravery and innovation. Not another decade of this day to day managed decline we’ve had for the last 30 years. |

But the facts don’t align with anything you say. Our economy and tax take is larger than it’s ever been. The suicidal policy of high tax, high borrowing, high debt over the last 40 years or so is shared by the European Union and they are massively creaking as well. |

Raising the population supposedly “grows the economy” which as we know is the governments number one priority so they have no interest in stopping millions of people coming here from god knows where. As long as they get their 0.1% of growth they don’t care about the driving down of wages, increased pressure on vital services, increase in sexual crimes etc. |

You say “fast processing” as if that’s a simple thing to achieve. But how do you process thousands and thousands of people quickly when many of them have thrown their identity papers into the English Channel and are claiming to be 12 year old children when they clearly aren’t? We have no idea who they are, where they’ve come from, their previous history. How do you process that? |

Of course noncing on the internet is a massive issue and it needs to be clamped down on and those sick individuals need to be punished and removed from society. Nobody is arguing against that.
But the biggest scandal with these rape gangs is that the authorities (local councils, police, government) were apparently aware that this was happening for years and years and years and just stood back and did literally nothing because they didn’t want to inflame racial tensions or be labelled racist themselves. That is why it’s a big issue. That is why an enquiry is needed and those people who turned a blind eye are complicit and need to be brought to account themselves. |
