He did those things in the Championship virtually every game, but nowhere near as regularly in the Premiership.

I cannot decide whether I want Adel to do well or poorly at Fulham. Loved him as a player. Gutted to see him go. But could understand that no manager, facing what 'arry was facing, could put up with his insubordination.
On the one hand, I want him to live up to his potential, coz he is a great player and could be world class. On the other hand, I want him to do poorly so that he is forced to come back to us. Of course, if he does poorly he probably comes back with his confidence even further shaken and with our management even less likely to give him a chance. Or maybe he comes back chastened and it forces him to buckle down and fix his attitude. Or maybe ...

Agreed. Plus the pure and simple footballing idea of wanting to see his skill and showboating on a regular basis. It's a pleasure to watch as it's really quite a rare sight these days. And I know it'll be in Fulham colours but I don't really understand how anybody can really be that bothered about that fact.

To be fair Adel didn't do too much away from home & was far better at Loftus Road. Most of that was probably down to our style of play away from home in the promotion season & the fact that we didn't bother with away games under Hughes!! |  |

I read one report that he tracked his man all day long. Like he did to cover Traore. Most comments I read thought he did well, having little preseason. 3 points in the first game and anyone would be well satisfied. We would have been. | |

haha. Given that it is bardiff fans next you, probably wouldnt be a good idea anyway (particularly after the silly hoo haa at half time for last seasons 3-2, when we were there). But cant really see myself wanting to sit with the Fools fans.
