It's all very well the club crowing about 'going paperless' this year but there are still lots of people (especially the elderly) who don't have access to the internet or don't like buying things online. Demanding printed forms! whatever next? - I bet they'll be expecting quaint old fashioned tickets posted out to them for matches, instead of having the privilege of printing them out for themselves for a mere £3.50.
