Morning all, the day after the Wolves game, I was heading back up north having stayed with a mate in Birmingham and as I was late to pick the kids up from my ex, crept over the speed limit on the A1(M)...to the tune of 104 mph and was promptly pulled over by the police. After 3 months my court summons arrived and I pleaded guilty by post as the hearing was in Pontefract and I live near Newcastle.
I provided mitigating circumstances and financial information, but despite this the court have requested that I attend a hearing on 4 Jan as they are considering whether to disqualify me!
Has nayone been through this before? I have a clean driving licence, and fully appreciate that I shouldn't have been speeding. Any help greatly appreciated! |  |
