Training Ground Update 18:57 - Jun 13 with 8394 views | dmm | https://www.qpr.co.uk/videos/features/training-ground-update-130622/ Good to see the training ground is progressing. The pitches are ready to be used this season but the building and facilities not until next season. The Harlington training ground is only 2 miles away so I guess they'll bus the to and from the pitches. They even say the finished facility will be Premiership standard!

Training Ground Update on 19:59 - Jun 13 with 6708 views | LeedsR | This looks so exciting!! This will have a massively positive implication for the club. Hat off to the owners for shelling out for this and finally getting it moving!!

But how many viewers thought that truck was coming back right through fence
Training Ground Update on 07:21 - Jun 14 with 6009 views | davman | Good to see things moving, but am I right in thinking that this season whilst the pitches will be perfect, the players will be changing and congregating "indoors" in portacabins / caravans? Or is Harlington still open and, as someone else has said are the getting the bus to the pitches? Next season, yes, but will it be any better than Harlington this season? Are we moving in too soon?

I suggested they'd be busing the players from Harlington to Heston, but I don't actually know. I do remember someone (Hoos?) saying they'd put in portacabins at Heston, so perhaps that's what they'll do instead. I also remember ages ago comments about Harlington's pitches being too hard and potentially contributing to injuries so maybe that's why they're keen to use the new pitches this season.
Training Ground Update on 09:08 - Jun 14 with 5720 views | LazyFan | This is major for us and all credit to the board for investing in this. Once built and totally finished, it will help us sign players as we pretend to them we are Prem class and always have been when in reality we just had the cleanest toilets in the league. New ground after this and we shall, assuming no more debts be set for the next 60 years.

This is a major step forward for the club and yes it can only be good to encourage youngsters and new players to join the club and be able to offer a modern training environment. Pleased I took up the Bond option and seeing the development progressing well.

They might be using the old facilities for changing rooms etc before the new ones are ready
Training Ground Update on 10:34 - Jun 14 with 5456 views | kernowhoop | We used to have a Cornish builder who would say 'It'll be lovely when it's finished.' That applies to the training ground. But, if all that the club will be using this season is the playing surface and players have to taken to the facility by bus or housed in temporary huts, it will surely not do much to boost morale or otherwise improve training? It'll be lovely... ... when it's finished.
Training Ground Update on 11:34 - Jun 14 with 5325 views | Rangersw12 | Brilliant news especially academy and 1st team at same place. On a side note have the club ever given a reason why it's not gone for Cat 1 status?

Training Ground Update on 16:29 - Jun 15 with 4531 views | dmm | I hadn't realised they were refurbishing an existing building at Heston for players and staff to use this coming season. They've done really well and by all accounts, it's much better than Harlington despite being temporary. https://www.qpr.co.uk/videos/features/heston-walkthrough-150622/

Having watched both videos I totally agree, there are no Negatives, the owners have done an excellent job in the purchasing and development. Brand new facilities being built whilst refurbishing the existing building to supply facilities probably better than Harlington ,at extra cost in the short term to save money in the long term.
