Suffice to say that whoever they want, they will offer far, far more than us. The other really important bit for a team sacking a perfectly good manager at this time of year is that there are plenty of other teams, most with more money than us, fishing in the same pond.

Experience in the Championship and with lots more money to acquire good players.
Also he started his coaching career at the Watford academy.
Most likely though - the new coach at Watford will be someone from overseas.
