A Club United - Crowdfunding on 17:03 - Mar 1 by huchen_karma | It's about time somebody actually started thinking about it..... Thats how litigation works, losing party(ies) pays the other sides costs. All the respondents will be liable to pay Morton House's legal fees, any damages awarded and all other associated costs. wonder what happens when they can't pay..... may want to get some skips outside the crown oil for loose change and ramp up the crowd funding! |
I know a builder with some skips he'd like to donate to someone who can't and won't pay.

In their assessment of the costs, if the judge thinks the “winning party’s conduct has been unreasonable at any time, they can order for the losing party’s costs, of that part of the case, to be paid by the winning party. In extreme circumstances, for example, where the winning party has perhaps refused to consider mediation, they might order the winning party to pay their own costs and even some of the losing party’s. There are no hard and fast rules and a judge is able to use their reasonable discretion. So yes, it's about time somebody actually started thinking about it.

Your eloquent and well-research response is wasted on this bollock-faced foghorn of ignorance.

A Club United - Crowdfunding on 18:53 - Mar 1 with 12400 views | finberty | And by the time the Judge has reached the question of costs, he or she will already have tackled the thorny questions as to where all the mystery money has come from. Because that's what the EFL want to know, and why they spoilt FatBot's plans. Court transcripts on a direct line to HMRC. POCA seizures. Ace.

Still plenty of initiatives to keep this total moving forward and every bit of loose change donated from whoever is recieved with thanks. Keep calm collective heads the directors (volunteer) and trust have done NOTHING WRONG. UTDNFS.
A Club United - Crowdfunding on 18:02 - May 11 with 7716 views | off2div1 | Been quiet on the western front any news on when this case will be heard in the courts. Its been going on a long time. Is it because of Brexit, Covid or the war in Ukraine. They use that as an excuse for getting nothing done these days. [Post edited 11 May 2022 18:04]

A Club United - Crowdfunding on 16:25 - May 12 with 7474 views | Dale_4_Life | When will it be heard in the courts? My strong opinion is NEVER.. It's a bully tactic designed to panic and divide. What actually happened was incredible the club AND the fan base remained calm and composed and most of all we united as one. They cannot win as even if by a miracle they gained control I for one would never spend any money or thoughts for new RAFC under this shower of con men and snake oil salesmen. If you are a member of the Trust, you will now have been e-mailed explaining the current status quo. I won't post anything else by way of not giving the wrong uns any advantage whatsoever. Trust membership is open again now for this season and is still a paltry £5, which, to support the organisation that has busted a gut to protect our club, is ludicrous vfm. I will certainly be donating more again this year. Support the team that supports you!

Just a bump on this thread. 1st home game on Sat so please root under the sofa, raid the change jar & anywhere else you can think of… Sure Judd will confirm that there will be a bucket collection for the ongoing fight against the wrong‘uns who are still hanging around like a bad smell. I'm pretty sure all the money raised so far has been spent on legal fees with a small shortfall which should be covered by bucket collections at the next 2/3 home games. (They don't come cheap these barristers!)
