Where do we go from here? 21:05 - Oct 5 with 5837 viewsMalintabuk

With all the attacking options now signed where do we go or how do we go?
4-4-2 or perhaps even a 4-3-3
Dykes and Bonne in a two or Dykes with two wide men and what two?
Perhaps even a 3-5-2 converting a Wilcock as the wing back
Could be an exciting season

Absolutely no idea at this stage.

It's the second successive window we've effectively assembled an entirely new team. Hope it doesn't become the norm.

It looks like the plan is similar to last season - score more than we concede.

Warbs has a style of play he's set on which us allows us to develop players in a certain way. I don't think we're building a squad/team for promotion, but we should see some entertaining games.

Like many of you, I do feel we are light defensively. I would've liked to see us bring in a defensive midfielder, although decent ones are rare beasts and often expensive.

I think Warburton's game plan is to attack initially and get a few goals ahead, then look to tighten things up, hence Ball often starting on the bench and coming on as a sub. With the array of attacking talent we have, that might be possible, but we need to continue to be as good at defending set pieces as we were against the smog monsters for that plan to work.

As last season, I very much doubt we will be dull to watch!

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

Heretic

You will be burned

I love the way some on here carry on with the same rhetoric despite the facts.

4 games, 5 conceded isn't the worst by a long long way.

Indeed - if we maintain this average, we will concede just under 60 for the season, which would be a hell of an improvement on the last 3
