Only because we lost Laudrup and his transfer contacts. I think if you are a secure mid table club that wins the odd trophy like we used to then players want to come , even if it's for a chance to shine in the shop window until a massive club comes in for them.

Agree, but with those players wanting to prove themselves we needed some experienced heads. Those have either gone or now out of the team.
