If they start paying themselves consultancy fees though, that does become an unfair prejudice. They can't do anything that decreases the value of the Trust's shareholding.

You would think he would get his expenses paid.
After all you assume Jason and Steve will be billing the club fist class/business class travel back and forth to the States.
Maybe any fees Huw Cooze receives just goes back into the Trust's pot.
Also depends how much time Huw Cooze has to spend at Board meetings as would presumably be in the day so then can't run his own business.
Even if he is receiving fees could then compare them to all the other Directors on the Board especially the non executive directors and any that do not have any day to day operational responsibilities. |  | | |

Just another thought - when it goes to court can show the judge JTAK film - to show the judge we were a fan owned club and were originally all in it together.
The selling shareholders can then explain to the judge why they assigned their voting rights away on the residual shares - to leave the Trust in such a precarious position.
Going to be interesting as well Jenkins, Morgan and Dineen in court with the fans inside and outside the court room.
Have they thought about that from a PR and from a reputational perspective. |
That's a very interesting comment! IMO the movie JTAK? They are damned by it, because it really shows them up for what they well and truly are. All the rank hypocrisy, dirty dealings, treachery and lack of morals etc. They were meant to be the total opposite of that in the most profoundest of ways! Oh and didn't they arf love to play up to it!.................................Once upon a time, when it suited their ego's, attention seeking. publicity seeking, self indulgence, selfish motives and hidden agenda itinerary!
Another thing others have pointed out on here that never crossed my mind was that movie now especially given the passage of time and where we are now and what has happened recently to SCFC? Now looks more and more like a promotional tool to sell the club. Us the supporters and SCST hold the PR aces because their shenanigans have now put them well and truly into the gutter |  |

Yes and maybe the Trust does have a weakness there is the other Directors claim to have told him things about the sale over these drinks - if he has regular drinks with them in Morgan's or on his trips to the States - when he has been representing the Trust. | | | |

I feel passionately about the SCST and football trust involvement not only at our club but others also....Passionate to the point.....Where I've personally donated (over a few years) £1,000+ to SCST itself AND GAINED F#CK ALL FROM IT AND NEVER WANTED OR EXPECTED TO ANYWAY!
And? If I was in Huw Cooze's position given the absolutely disgusting behaviour and treatment/utter contempt shown towards SCST, SCFC supporters and to other SCST individuals/members? The last place you would find me would be in the company of those utterly despicable individuals. I am well and truly shocked by this, utterly disgusted by it in fact. BTW I have never personally criticised Huw Cooze on here and have even been personally sympathetic thinking he had been wronged. Not any more! | |

Well if he had GENUINE empathy for, had true anger and emotion concerning the disgraceful behaviour, contempt and disrespect shown towards SCST, its membership and SCFC supporters by the Morgan's gathering? How could he even sit there for a millisecond if this has happened post-take-over? And even if it happened before the takeover a Trust director should not be that close outside of club environment!
I would have naturally assumed that given recent past history and circumstances it would make it absolutely psychologically impossible for anyone to personally 'separate' business and personal life in those conditions? I would have thought only a fellow-collaborator, Mr Spock or a cunning sociopath could sit comfortably amongst that crowd without exploding into complete rage? | |
