Just as long as this waste of space fúcks off elsewhere to practice Guitar Hero 3. Preferably with someone else paying his sodding wages.

Shit but local

All I can think is that if WBA know about his injury problems they are planning to use him as a half-time player.

Chuffed about this, I had visions of him being the new SWP and running his contract down.

With Green, Hoilett, Henry, Diakite, Konchesky & Traore all off at the end of the season thought we'd just have Sandro & Fer to shift, so getting shot now is a bonus.

If Sandro were an aeroplane, he'd be this one:

PS: Tell me it's not April 1st and that he really could be leaving.

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

Getting rid of this absolute bum will be the best business of the season. Let's just hope until they make it permanent they are paying the majority of his wages.

I wonder how long Sandro's contract is at QPR? I think he has only been with us a year and a half?
I can imagine Redknapp getting a big backhander on that deal - as he was especially happy after that transfer

Football has been ruined by all the money
I used to look up to players when I was younger

I now look at people like Traore and Sandro and they make me feel sick.
Bunch of wasters.

This is self-pitying nonsense, of course.

Sandro was anonymous at Spurs before he came to us and will be no better at Albion. They might get the odd game, but that's it.

I saw the post about other players doing amazingly once they left us, but it ignored the following:

Park - retired
Taarabt - barely played
Vargas (1 goal in 10 apps this season)
Caulker (roaring success at Southampton, now a reserve reserve reserve striker at Liverpool)
McCarthy (dreadful first few games, Palace now want rid after 6 months)
Mutch - doing very little

I could go on and on, but the vast majority of players we've managed to get rid of over the last few years have been dreadful elsewhere too.

Bosingwa & Anton Ferdinand - sent into Turkish exile.

He'll go there and be amazing and after drinking the elixir from the "Covered Wagon Medicine Show" will remain injury free.

Can Lee Hoos not slip a clause in that Sandra will make a permanent £10M move to the loaning club should he complete 36 minutes either continuous or in the aggregate????

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Just as well you live in a country where no one gives a shit about football then.

That's not very nice and not true.

I am from London and moved to Melbourne 18 years ago

Football is a lot more popular here that it has been when I first came over.

For example my local team Melbourne Victory have around 26,000 members and the average crowd this season is also nearly 26,000 so far

The A League is in the top 20 leagues in the world based on attendances; finances; goal averages; the number of domestic title winners over the past 10 years; the most number of successful coaches (or managers); stadiums; star players; and the league’s success rate in international tournaments.
http://theworldgame.sbs.com.au/blog/2013/05/09/league-worlds-top-20

Australia's national team has improved and won the Asian Cup earlier this season with Luongo player of the tournament

I do miss the football coverage in England - however the coverage over here is much better these days and I have been able to have live coverage of most games for the past 5 seasons . My heart is always with QPR - Melbourne Victory mean less than 5% of what QPR does to me.

I think money corrupts and there is too much money being wasted on players through the tv deals (In football generally (especially England and Europe))
There is a salary cap over here which helps even the competition out to a degree.

The most disturbing thing is the amount of players that simply drift out of the game after they've finished with us. It shows that we frequently sign players too old, or with bad injuries, or on a contract far in excess of what clubs at their actual level will pay them, or on a contract so lucrative they don't actually need to play any more, or at such a length that by the time it's finished they're no use to anybody.

Rio Ferdinand
Ji Sung Park
Luke Young
Jermaine Jenas
Shaun Wright- Phillips (MLS doesn't count here in the real world)
Fitz Hall
Jay Bothroyd
Ephraim
Borrowdale
Andy Johnson
DJ Campbell

All of them barely played at all for one reason or another after leaving us on a free having seen lucractive contracts out.

Great news to have him off the wage bill but personally I think we should have put him in a bin bag and dumped him at Redknapp's front door.

Gary borrowdale !!!!! I had totally forgot about him ! , and compared to our recent transfer dealings, not even close to being the worse !

I'm intrigued, first and foremiest, by what you mean as "a few games in a row and avoided injury".

Ignoring completely how much he's cost us (which is disgusting) What's a few? What do you mean by "a few games in a row and avoided injury"?

Accelerating past 18 months at QPR now he has managed 26 starts and 2 sub appearances. The most consecutive starts he's made for us in that time is eight. Those eight starts came from March 4 2015, prior to which he hadn't played a single minute of football since November 22 2014. In those eight starts he was substituted off on six occasions. In those eight games QPR won 1, drew 2 and lost 5 scoring 12 and conceding 16. After the last of those eight appearances (on Saturday May 8, 2015) he didn't manage to play again until Saturday October 3 2015.

He has managed to complete a full 90 minutes for us on just nine occasions across his whole time here. Of the 26 starts he has made, he has been subbed off on 18 occasions - and not late subs either, vast majority around the 60 minute mark. One, at Southampton, after 11 minutes, after a bit of a bang to the head #beast

I'm also interested by this idea that he's "the best player for his position at the club". His overall record at QPR, on his fleeting appearances, is W5 D8 L15. Not exactly a great influence. One of those five wins - across 18 months, and 28 appearances, and God knows how much money - was Bolton at home this year when he played for just the final 14 minutes.

So for having our "best central midfielder" on the field we've benefited to the tune of four victories from the thick end of 30 games.

If he's the best at anything at this club other than making the fcking tea we're all in trouble.
