They've sold 1900 as of yesterday's close of play

We certainly wont be bringing close to 3,200 this time around - though I am pissed off about the allocated seating. All ticket after last year's happening I can understand, but allocated seating is plain overkill.

As for the game, well, I think you can rest assured it wont be another 3-0 loss for you lot. We've improved lately, albeit slightly (and ignoring the Scunthorpe shambles!!!) but it's still pretty dire.

As for the team - I'd guess Dunn will revert back to 4-4-2 even though the first half against Sheff United at the weekend as a 4-3-3 was the best we've played since the Bury game....

442

Cornell
Dummigan - Wilson - Dieng - Lafferty
Philliskirk - Kelly - Fulton - Jones
Higdon - Poleon

or 433

Cornell
Dummigan - Wilson - Dieng - Lafferty
Kelly - Fulton
Philliskirk - Winchester - Jones
Higdon

Rochdale 3-2 Latics

Good luck for the rest of the season - except our games. Hope you finish above the bucket-shakers (which, funnily enough, is something they'll be doing again sooner than you think).

Have you not been allocated 3,500 tickets? If so that's why allocated. Apparently 3200 can be un allocated.

Many of us thought/hoped away support would be better this season.......not so far though

Looks like many less Latiques this weekend and Bradford was n't brilliant.....let's hope things improve. I know,OUR OWN support is still dire.

Sadly many people are still suffering money wise, and so will pick and choose their games, and if their team is not doing well, they are less likely to want to spend their low amounts of disposable income on going to football.

I think the number of Northern games plays a part too.

When we have a fixture list of Dagenham, Exeter, Southend etc, the derby / local games stand out more.

But our current fixture list has made it a biggish game week after week. I'm sure Bradford fans always loved a good trip to Spotland but with games against Sheff U, Doncaster, Barnsley, and all the other trips of a not dissimilar distance like Bury, Oldham, Wigan etc, it becomes just another game.

Hunch - though I have seen plenty of things which suggest their owner is putting all his eggs in one basket with regards promotion this season.

Pope, Clarke & Eagles will all be on 2k+, 3k+ & 4k+ respectively - no club the size of Bury, with the gates they get, can afford that. And that's without mentioning countless others.

As in allocated seat numbers / reserved seating.

I'm sure you know what I mean.

We've won 1 game in the last 23. Anything over 2000+ would be decent in fairness, though disappointing when compared to last season.

Dale v Oldham: all ticket on 22:05 - Oct 20 with 3830 views1mark1

Sorry meant reserved tickets. If reserved it is normally an allocation of 3500, but if not reserved 3200 is the allocation.

Goldbond sheets advertising the game.

"Pay at turnstile"

Could be a few disapointed people being turned away on Saturday.

last nights win should ensure we bring a few more. I reckon about 2500.

2000 sold now, pretty poor really for a game a bus ride away, but it reflects the way the last 10 months have gone for us.

I'd expect about 2300-2500 to travel now, but if the all-ticket restrictions are lifted then possibly a few more after last nights result.

This really is poor by whoever is responsible for this gaffe.
To keep telling fans at the games that Oldham is all ticket, and to put it on the website, but your only appealing to the fans that already know. The Goldbond leaflet is the form of communication to the lapsed fans and the floating fans,

I'd totally forgotten about Goldbond.
How about giving every Goldbond agent a free match ticket to give away to every customer that he or she collects from? Do it as a one off / gesture on the premise that the recipient hands over phone number / email address / next of kin / blood type etc in the hope that the club cburn the information and strategically market customers.
FFS as Werner Von Braun once said... "It ain't rocket science"

Good point.......Goldbond AGENTS and Clients are golddust to this Club.........free tickets cost the Club naff all.........Agents know who their best clients are, give the Agents a bunch of free tickets to hand out and just say "thank you Diedre!" (copyright Razz?)

Will be another tough game this.. Oldham only lost once all year... I know they have drawn plenty but still!!

Good idea on the gold bond tickets.

Don't think the board would sanction it though.

Glad Oldham won on Tuesday it will encourage another 500 or so to buy tickets today and tomorrow.

5500 crowd.

2500 from Owdum.

Probably end up a draw!!

"Oldham only lost once all year"

Eh, you sure about that?

2,607 the official number of tickets sold. 3pm deadline done now so that's that.

Not a patch on last year, but given the fact it's all-ticket and we've only won 2 in 24 games, it's still a decent effort.

Here's to another good game and a similar result to last season!

True, but many of us are refusing to give any money to them.
