Traore stays 11:22 - Aug 31 with 6376 views | bosh67 | Phew! He's turned down a move to Palace to fight for his place here. Really pleased. Although I wouldn't have him on my side at a pub quiz I certainly feel that he's one of the most improved players at the club, both in ability and attitude. Very glad he's decided to stay! I like the guy, like his attitude. Good part of the squad that gives us options.

Traore stays on 11:32 - Aug 31 with 4738 views | olderR | Me too, although he should have done better with that late chance it showed how his pace can be used against tiring defences late in games.
Traore stays on 11:32 - Aug 31 with 4738 views | stevec | Like a rabbit in the headlights when that cross came over at the far post then nearly scores a classy goal. Scares the hell out of me most of the time though.
Traore stays on 11:44 - Aug 31 with 4645 views | Hunterhoop | Good lad. I like him too, Bosh. He gives us pace and he's the best crosser at the club. We also won't sign a replacement who's better for less money, so he's worth keeping.
Traore stays on 11:44 - Aug 31 with 4638 views | HAYESBOY | Good. We need pace as an option in the team/squad, made no sense in selling him. You have HR saying we are short in numbers and then we accept bids for our players from rivals. Just needs to stay fit.
| Smells like a trout farm in here |

Traore stays on 11:48 - Aug 31 with 4612 views | BeauRanger | Doesn't seem to have a defensive bone in his body, but at least wants to stay & play for the club.
Traore stays on 12:08 - Aug 31 with 4483 views | SpiritofGregory | Well well well what a surprise, it's more difficult to get rid of crap players. I was hoping we could get rid. We really need to think long and hard before dishing out contracts. Traore staying means less money saved from his transfer and wages which could of gone towards a better replacement.

When has this guy ever delivered good crosses on a consistent bases?

"he's the best crosser at the club" I think you'll find that accolade goes to Matt Phillips but i agree with the rest of what you've said. He's got a long way to go in his development but at least he has the required attributes to improve just needs to get his head right.

Feel he is a bit of a liability at times but if he can offer us a commitment to the cause then his speed and new found upper body strength can only benefit the squad. Someone who actually wants to stay and play. Given good coaching he could turn out to be a good asset. Lets hope he stays injury free

Traore stays on 12:30 - Aug 31 with 4363 views | flynnbo | I like him. Chatted to him at the training day and comes across as a nice guy. You only have to see him on that video clip from The Ship to see him being very much part of the squad.
Traore stays on 13:18 - Aug 31 with 4196 views | stansleftfoot | Seems to be ticking off a list of problems in his game, hamstrings, strength...it remains a simple truth that he is a defensive Air-Head..he does not answer our need for a Left Back....however Lassanna Diarra can play left back, and is a fearsome tackler and carrier of the ball. Great to see Armand Traore staying, be even better if he found the ability to remember what his job is. A good player to have on our bench, still young and seems to recognise that he can improve, its always exciting to see him come on, can he do more positives than negatives?...its always a close thing...Welcome..again Armand Traore!

Etihad. That cross makes up for almost anything. I don't know why but, for me, that goal was my all time QPR high.

Interesting. I loved the first goal from Cisse. clinical!
Traore stays on 13:25 - Aug 31 with 4168 views | Brightonhoop | He's still a good squad player young, and improving. Better he is with us than against us with Palace.

Agreed. After Heidar hitting the onion bag from 12 yards and Young Bob's moment of magic. Certainly up there anyway
Traore stays on 13:44 - Aug 31 with 4092 views | N12Hoop | All very odd. Given a new contract, manager talks him up and all seems good. A couple of weeks later manager trying to turf him out. When Harry doesn't like you your days are numbered, yet he featured yesterday and turned down a move to a club where he would probably start every week (when he's not injured) . I'm confused.

Traore stays on 13:57 - Aug 31 with 4045 views | Samegmol | I don't think Harry is trying to turf him out. An offer came in and Traore was given the option to accept it or not. He chose not to, which is great and shows commitment to us which Harry will love.

How do you know Harry's trying to 'turf him out'? Maybe he gave the player the opportunity to make the decision himself.

Traore stays on 14:11 - Aug 31 with 3989 views | Samegmol | Didn't Warnock sign him for us in the first place, so he obviously rates him and probably feels he can get him for a price Palarse are willing to play.
Traore stays on 14:22 - Aug 31 with 3950 views | qpr1976 | If you'd have asked me a week ago, who would I rather see leave, Traore or Simpson ? I would have said Traore. Not a great defender. Injury prone and although I USED to think he was the best crosser at the club. I don't anymore. His crosses are rare and more often he opts to cut inside. If his crosses were consistently that good, he be taking corners surely ? By the way, did I miss the source of Traore stays ? Where has this come from ? [Post edited 31 Aug 2014 14:25]

According to Dave Mc, Harry was keen on deal going ahead.

Traore stays on 16:12 - Aug 31 with 3694 views | WestbourneR | How any of you can think Traore is a good player after the performances he has put in over 4 years. He is terrible. I'm sure Harry would have happily snapped Palace had off when they offered. Shows Warnock is again out of his depth in the Prem.
