Providing previous banned users were not racist, homophobic or made physical threats, I can't see a problem in it being a new start for ALL, new site, new start!
Lets not forget, if you don't like a poster or their opinion, use the ignore feature, rather than allowing your temper to rise, or a poster bother you!
