Brilliant night in great surroundings. Thought all the bands were good but the 'Phonics were brilliant.
Anyone else go?

I wish they had proper rock bands play down here, always radio friendly/dance acts that play singleton park and they bring the arseholes out.

My wife and 9yr old daughter are going to see Jess Glynne in a few weeks there, I refused to go by the way 😉.
Unfortunately I know my 9yr old is going to see things that I wouldn't care for her to see but why should I prevent her from going because of these clowns.

Have you just come back from the club with Loh and "the boys"?

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

Great gig and atmosphere.

The organisation of it was pretty crap though

Yeah I suppose they did, I took some of those images home with me...... So yes.

Not nice seeing drunken slobbs falling onto other people and hurting them and themselves in the process.

I bet there are a lot more who seen and experienced a lot worse than I did yesterday. Call me a bore but I think it just shows a lack of class and thought.

I live half a mile from there but I think the phonics are like an untalented Status Quo esque AC/DC tribute band . Dakota is one of the worst records ever made. Who were the support acts though? And how long was the event?

I’m glad you enjoyed it but was the ticket price high ? Do you feel you had a good value day out?

Yes I really enjoyed. Only had a couple of beers... was near the front so bit more of an atmosphere than at the back. Support acts were Gruff Rhys... bit of fun and morose at the same time... Tom Gremman... he was really good. I’ve never seen any of them before but like I said I really enjoyed. £45 ... what’s that...a meal, few drinks... club entry... so good value I thought.

The Ed Sheeran concert last year was the roughest concert I’ve ever been to. Sounds rediculous I know. Full of pissed up cokeheads who can’t handle their drink.

Compare that to the Prodigy gig...loads of drunk people and nearly everyone off their faces, but an incredibly friendly atmosphere (generally).

Agree about the Prodigy. Saw them at to Motopoint and yes it was high octane but really friendly lot.

It is possible to have great fun and an enjoyable day without getting absolutely shîtfaced.

Seems to be a bigger problem in Swansea than elsewhere for some reason.

Swansea is no different to anywhere else.

It is quite saddening really but it seems quite acceptable by people.
Appears if you don't accept it then you are the issue.

I am quite an open minded individual but it seems people can go around doing whatever they want with no thought of others.

There's a big difference in having a drink and enjoying to having too much to drink and being a pain in the arse.

If council litter bins are not enough in number or have too little capacity? Perhaps in future the council should drop off recycling containers/skips you tend to see at collection points along the stretch to minimise the dumping. Probably still would have been some litter but less of.
