Currently in Texas, AT&T Stadium tour today and then the game tomorrow. I’ve woken up and on my hotel television I watched Rangers play Millwall. Now there is a cricket channel called Willow where I can watch England VS Australia. Bonkers the amount of access to uk sport they get here! |

The stop/start thing is an integral part. Once you understand the rules it’s a great sport, always helps to have a rooting interest. But I get it’s not for everyone |

One of my mates from Baltimore is driving so I won’t have to do too much Ubering. Although I phoned British Airways to try and change my hotel to stay in Fort Worth, they wanted a £500 admin fee plus the difference. due to it being under two weeks before I’m going. They claimed they would’ve already paid my downtown hotel. I called BS on that one.
I watched the whole of the first half of the Bears game, red zone is sometimes too much.Caleb looked exactly like what he is, a rookie. Lots of overthrowing. I’m sure he’ll get better.
Tonight’s game is intriguing, Green Bay at San Francisco. |

Congrats, did not have the pats down to win in Cincinnati. It’s been a funny day of scores so far. Looking at the box score for the second half of the Chicago game, I can’t work out how they won! |

Yeah, been before. Downtown very quiet. Itinerary is arrive weds. Weds eve truckyard bar. Thursday waffle house am, DT Dallas, a Rangers game in Arlington on the Friday night. The jerry Jones experience tour at AT&T on Saturday morning. Fort Worth stockyards Saturday afternoon, steakhouse/Honkytonk/mechanical bull riding Saturday evening. Buc-ees gas station Sunday morning, nfl game, ravens are taking over a bar in Carrollton, will head there after the game. Deep Elum on Monday and the mall up at Galleria. |

I’ve booked tomorrow off work. Looking forward to this one. Ravens fan here, off to Dallas in two weeks time for the ravens @ Cowboys.
Back to tonight, I can’t see anything other than a Chiefs win. They may as well have a 6-0 game Headstart going by the other teams in their division that they should beat up on. Maybe the Chargers might give them one tough game. |

Yep, a mate of mine went to buy a season ticket after the feel good factor of beating Luton on Friday night, went online, only to be told you can’t purchase online and to phone the box office. He hasn’t bothered. |

Ironically, I wasn’t bothered about going but I was home all morning and a Mate asked if I could try get 3 for him as he was teaching at a gym. Thought I may as well get an extra one for me. Didn’t think it would be that easy. I joined the waiting room around 8:30 am, took maybe 5 goes. Then at 9 am, I was in the queue with 6000 ahead. I figured if they were selling around 80,000 tickets, I should be in with a good shout. If someone drops out nearer the time, by all means I’ll try and remember |

I decided to try for the Wednesday 30th July Wembley tickets, thought it would be the least desirable. Took me 20 minutes to join the queue, there were only 6000 people ahead of me. That took around 50 minutes. Managed to buy four of the cheapest seating ones at £75 each. It was relatively straightforward. It crashed a couple of times but took me straight back to where I was. Had friends that gave up that were trying for Cardiff and the Saturday Wembley. Way too many people ahead of them. I expect they will announce several more dates? |

Was never really my thing, but I appreciate them as musicians. Went to a gig with a girlfriend who was a fan, late 95, maybe Earl’s Court I think. The only issue I have with the gigs is it attracts a lot of idiots. Never have I seen so much fighting and drug taking at a gig. I’ll stay away from the Chiltern line when they play Wembley definitely. |
