i ve seen him fight twice live in the old Oceana/Time nightclub , where they used to have cage fighting events , most people went soley to watch John , hes very well known in Swansea ,and im suprised its taken so long for them to sign him.
he struggles or used struggle a bit a bit on the deck with good grapplers sometimes, but has savage punching power , the "white Mike Tyson" is well earned |

one of the best things ive heard said on this forum....i would like that too, I would happily go back down sticking with the principles we came up with ...
but like this is torture...
i would rather us makes hundreds of passes , have 60/70 percent possession and get beat 3 - nil very match

Cardiff.
Thats the answer, i moved here 5 months ago and have been spoilt for choice when it comes to finding work. Literally don't work in Swansea its an occupational hazard , 20 people fighting over 1 job or 5 employers fighting over you.
We have the Cardiff assembly government and everything , cost of living low , transport excellent, hubs, so much help always available , if you cant beat em join em |

Doug is very grateful for all the kind words he's feeling a lot better today, with is sciatica after a fall of a ladder. He'd never heard of planet Swans and is surprised and its cheered him up he's still remembered, especially after listening to the game the other day on the radio, I dunt know wat day it is myself lol they've pumped me full of morphine 😃 |

He's been next to me in hospital for last two days, telling me some great stories back when football wasn't all about money. He was offered to go to another professional club after Crewe but couldn't resist when John Charles who was Methyr manager wanted him as captain. I don't blame him, it must have been some experience to work alongside John Charles...he's been entertaining me with some great stories whie I wait for my op 😀 |

Does anyone remember Douglas Rosser used to play centre Half for the swans in the mid sixties alongside Mel nurse until he moved to Crewe. He's next to me now in bed in Morriston hospital. If anyone remembers him wish him well. |

make sure you are using the default browser when you got to wiziwig etc, and not any other browser like Google Chrome for example. |

You can download flash player fro Android from the adobe website if you google it, but it only works with the device's default browser, it wont work with Google Chrome for example. |

These things wind me up, I got loads of people proudly telling me lately they've wit smoking, then I see them sucking on one of these contraptions. People smoke because they are chemically addicted to nicotine, not because of habit, it is simple drug addiction.
Replacing one way of getting your drug with another way is not quitting the f ucking drug nicotine, they are still chemically addicted. It's like a heroin addict snorting heroin rather than smoke it. The only way to quit is to remove there chemical dependency and you don't do that with patches, gum, inhalers or whatever. Will power for 5 days is all it takes. |

Full body exercises, like squats , deadlifts, cleans, benchpress and overhead press are the way to go as long as good form is practiced.
The human body is meant to be used as a complete system not split into, and exercised as different "parts".
Isolation of muscle groups causes imbalances around joints and leads to injuries.
besides as Mark Rippetoe says "injuries are the price you pay for not sitting on your ass all day" |

I personally prefer to listen to people’s opinions and philosophies that challenge the general consensus because in that way we are more likely to discover the real nature of things. Has there ever been a period in human history where general consensus on any scientific topic has been correct? The answer is no. At every point in human history the widely held beliefs and theories have always proven to be incorrect or the theories have needed to be adapted. People who at the time held what was thought to be radical beliefs are the ones we hold today
We should always as individual question general consensus and "FACT" because history proves that, what the whole world believes to be true can turn out to be incorrect and it is arrogant to believe in the modern age that is not also happening now.
People once ridiculed others who suggested the world was not flat. Newton’s laws and theories have had to be revised and adapted over the years because the originals were disproven. Einstein spilt with main stream physics at the height of his career, he didn’t like quantum mechanics and claimed that it was flawed. There are many of examples of mainstream science from the past, ultimately being incorrect.
I’m not saying I agree with intelligent design or a god creator, just that we should consider all possibilities when trying to discover the creation of the universe. Not just the mainstream theories that the majority believe to be true and that includes the theory of intelligent design.

The big bang theory is a theory, a widely believed theory but a theory none the less. Theories cannot be proven to complete certainty, they can only be disproven.
You could say there its also evidence that the big bang theory is incorrect. For example the fact that the big bang theory violates the first law of thermodynamics, that energy can never be created our destroyed. |
