I'd only want to ask them questions if Dr Cal Lightman (as played by Tim Roth) was observing them. |

One of their ends was all seated and open to the elements and his response was that fans could buy a Talbot logo plastic poncho. Talbot were their sponsors at the time. |

Players are paid well, but they need a break. They can see that people like infantino treat them as cash cows and don't care about the potential impact on their health. I would be surprised to see a players strike, but wouldn't be surprised to see mystery injuries ruling players out |

The club can replace anyone in the team for someone willing to accept lower wages. The football issues are whether it will it make the team better, and, if not, where will the club inevitably end up. |

The club is run by people who don't appear to have a clue about the realities of football. They give the impression of being penny wise but pound foolish in everything they do by prioritising immediate short term savings over the long term sustainability of the club in the championship. |

Didn't realise that SCMP turnover was calculated differently in leagues 1 and 2 in that direct injection of cash by owners, not loans, is counted as part of turnover. In that respect, if it pays off, relegation was the best thing thing to happen to Birmingham. |

Is this why we have been shopping abroad - because no home based championship level players will come here on the wages we are offering? Offer League 1 wages, players will run down their contracts to get more money at other championship clubs whilst we end up signing League 1 players and playing League 1 football. Is it time to start judging the chairman on his actions? |

Being a selling club to premier league teams and those relegated with parachute payments is a fact of life. Becoming a selling club to mid table championship rivals will inevitably end in one outcome. |

It's been my concern that one or both will go since the reports of cost cutting on wages started arriving. The obvious thing for the players to do in those circumstances is to run down their contracts, whilst the club will look to sell at least one of them this window and bring in a loan as replacement if they are not interested in offering better contracts to them both. I doubt if any sale will happen before the derby, but once that is out of the way I would not be surprised to see movement one way or another. |

I'd prefer honesty and realism as well, but they don't look as if they're on the table The issue with under delivering on a regular basis is that over time you lose both season ticket holders and casual fans so that even more savings are required and get into a spiral. The easiest way to become a millionaire is still being a billionaire and buying a football club. |
