We prob. need a striker backup - after Rory was injured (or 2 - depending on if Bony stays or not), a right back, a central defensive mid., perhaps some coverage for our left back as well and a winger. Dont suspect any big money signings, seems more likely with some development players. |

Def. not. I think he is pivotal to our season (our season should be worth more than that in the greater scheme of things) - but I fear that he might be leaving...and that we are willing to sell. He seems intend on playing in europe.
I think we have already lost a lot of quality in the team and losing him might result in a strugle for survival in the PL. |

this. the previous manager was also blamed for injuries that he couldn't prevent in a busy schedule, seems like there is a theme going on with blame the manager for all injuries no matter what the cause |

I'd be happy with somewhere around 14-16th since the team in my op. is weakened with the departure of Ben, JDG (for now), Poz, Hernandez (who was superb in the end), Michu, Vorm (although I think Fabianski might be better). If the rumors of Bony, Canas and perhaps also Shelvey leaving has any bearing I'm a bit weary for the season ahead. Don't really think we have gotten the quality in that has gone out at the mo.
...that said I'm looking forward seeing how Gomis and Bony (if he stays) get on, could be a leathal duo, so fingers crossed for a good season ahead |

I guess it depends on how you rate a league. For me personally the PL is by far the best league in how even the teams are, and how many could actually win the league. Of course quality is also a factor, since you could probably find many other lower leagues that are far more even. So its a combination of how many top teams there are in a league. I'm sure if you rate a league by which has the 2 best teams the la primera is one of the best. |

From a footballing point of view I'm hoping for Sunderland to take the win. West Ham are cheating bastards (especially dislikes Kevin Nolan) with some of the worst football for watching.
From our point of view I suppose a draw would be the best outcome but I'm hoping for a Sunderland win because I believe we will be safe this time around. |
