It is true to say that on review, our players completely surrounded the ref, tweeked his nippples, pulled his hair, had a word and made him send off their player.
Or as I see it, they were all incensed by the tackle, one player immediately protested to the ref (think it is Tutte) and then all anger was towards the player.
No Dale player got within tampering distance of the ref and the red card was swiftly admonished.
The only "surrounding of the ref was by four PV players in the 3 seconds before the sending off.
Two very good goals scored by the way, both Pope's second and Tutte's boomer. |  |

awful challenge in middle of pitch, didnt like where his left foot was heading either..around jks knee..straight red no doubt.
wonderful hit by Tutte..we are starting to look more like a team with some spirit and backbone rather than the limp jelly like side from the Eyre era...if Coleman can keep this lot fired up we may do better than i thought |  | | |

Having spent far too much of my life reading their messageboard, another thing they 'complained' at was Lillis running 40 yards to join in yet when you watch the highlights, its their keeper that is first on the scene out of the 2 gloved ones!
Shame it doesnt show McIntyre's challenge with Myrie-Williams as for me it was a 50/50 which JMW got there ahead of McIntyre. McIntyre caught him but not in a dangerous/malicious way so yellow card was correct.
Shame it also doesnt show Ashley Vincents 'play acting' after around 8 minutes when he rolled over about 6 times after minimal contact - trying to get an opponent booked? Just what they said our players did all game.
