QPR Director of Football Les Ferdinand says the FA need to take more stringent action to ensure clubs adhere to the FA's Football Leadership Diversity Code. pic.twitter.com/jCg8SnoRRq
I fcuking love you Sir Les, I watched you play football with your heart and now I listen to you speak straight from the heart. This is football, this is how it should be but you listen to people on tv, they speak from the script. Which is detrimental to football as well as the fight against racism

Why just black what about disabled or any other person
I'm a bit pizza'd off that QPR don't get more of a mention when it comes to this subject. If Sky were serious about the subject they would do a documentary about our club. I take your point digswell but I think the issue with black managers/coaches is that there is a very large percentage of black players through the whole of football but a very small percentage of coaches and even less managers.

Tense situation last night as I was playing darts and there was a big screen with SSN on so Les' face was up non stop. But there was an absolute unit for the oppo throwing with Chelsea flights so I kept supressing a big URs every time he came on

Did you mention the Easter Monday massacre of '86 instead?

OK, give up. Go to West London Sport YouTube channel. There is an interview with Les just come up today. Has video of the ground and Les speaks about it.

This is a great idea actually.
A little QPR made documentary on their recruitment processes and successes.
