Clive, these are the times I have unbelievable respect for you because I wouldn't be able to help myself and would just be turning off the account of some of these miserable, negative doom mongerers. Can they really not see the progress being made ?
We really are a bunch of whiners on 08:25 - Sep 13 with 5321 views | BrianMcCarthy | I thought last night was hugely enjoyable. My only worry last night on the match fred was that by bringing on Sylla and Smith we were agreeing to play the game on their terms. I was wrong. Someone made an astute point on here last night when they state that by bringing the big two on it dropped the Millwall defensive line back into the box (plus they used a sub to bring another giant centre-back on dropping them deeper again. This allowed Luongo, Freeman, Pawel and Scowen constant possession right on the edge of the Millwall box. When I thought about it, I knew that the poster was 100% right. I can't imagine any other tactic that would have guaranteed us more possession or more shots. We were incredibly unlucky not to score a hatful. Overall, I thought it was a positive night.

Very positive Brian, flash back 12 months or so ago and there wouldn't have been a chance of the team coming back from 2 goals down to almost winning in the last minute. There seems to be a good fighting spirit now and heads don't drop like they used to.
We really are a bunch of whiners on 08:31 - Sep 13 with 5294 views | easthertsr | We've lost two out of seven league games despite having lots of injuries to our defenders. The spirit shown by the team this season is blindingly obvious. Pre-season we were meant to be certs for relegation according to some on here. Today we are tenth one point adrift of the play-offs, I think the team and management deserve some credit for that start, and how about giving them a bit of support? | | | | Login to get fewer ads

We really are a bunch of whiners on 08:52 - Sep 13 with 5217 views | NW10Hoop | I was sat in front of an absolute bell on Saturday. Spent the whole time gambling on Chelsea on his phone, At 2-0 up where we were all over Ipswich Ned had to roll the ball back to Smithies, this fella looks up from his phone and says "I'm sick of this defensive sh!t" Also called my mate "a fcking prick" for daring to stand up for to see a corner be taken. They say you're never more than 10 feet from a rat in London. Unfortunately you're never more than 10 seats from a prat at Rangers

"The negativity around me at games really needles me , it shouldnt but it does" This. Have always sat in the R Block, but the negativity and incoherent groaning and mumbling is making me seriously reconsider. God forbid people would ever encourage a player as opposed to moan and abusively shout at them. I always use the comparison of how would they feel if a professional footballer came into their place of work and criticized everything they did
We really are a bunch of whiners on 09:50 - Sep 13 with 5025 views | Guppy22 | Can you imagine if we had lost!!! I thought the 2nd half was really enjoyable, the place was rocking and the team kept going, last season we would have lost, last night unlucky not to win. Every single player tried their best, what more can you ask for.
We really are a bunch of whiners on 09:57 - Sep 13 with 4996 views | AgedR | I had my first all out, uncontrolled, spittle rant of the season yesterday. At that utter weapon of a ref. It's the only thing that really gets me enough to hurl vile abuse. Abuse that is entirely justified I would strongly contend. It's been a while actually, but, apologies to all those around me in Lower Loft J block, but, I fear I may have broken the seal for this season.

You really are a pathetic bellend. I kept back from posting last night as some of the posts on here made me angry. We had a bad start last night but showed character and determination to come back. If any of those whining last night look at the player ratings they will see Millwalls keeper has been voted MOTM so far. As mentioned a couple of times, a year ago we would've lost, possibly by more than two goals as well. There were actually 3 threads by one person slagging off players. That has to be some record. Any other day we would have scored at least 6 if it wasn't for the keeper, the frame of the goal and bad luck. Even so, I thought Millwall played their part in the best game this season. I think the draw was a fair result. Four home games, two goals per game and still the 'fans' stay away. I'm puzzled.

We really are a bunch of whiners on 10:20 - Sep 13 with 4896 views | robith | Quite taken aback by the level of negativity. We were poor in first half, but if Washington does anything other than what he does we go in 1-1 and go on to rout them. Defending was appalling for the second but really big guts to get back to level and then almost nicked it. It was pretty exciting and dramatic under lights and down in the paddocks literally under the lights. I mean check out the stats QPR/Millwall Shots 31/14 On target 14/5 Woodwork 2/0 Possession 70/30 Pass accuracy 81/52 Tbh Millwall in my eyes deserved to lose for how negative they went so early. If they'd kept playing how they are maybe they've got a third, instead they decided to play like it was the final five minutes for half an hour

Poor in the first half? Really? I wasn't able to make Saturday due to holiday but for the first time in a while I saw us trying to play the right way and through the midfield. Sure, things didn't come off, but at least we were trying to be positive. As predicted, Millwall turned up and made it difficult for us. We had to come up with a plan B and C which meant getting the ball wide as often as possible and flooding the box. It worked and we got a draw; should have taken all three points but there you go! As for the negativity, it's not even worth logging on at times; some people (especially those on Facebook) need to have a day off, or at least if you're gonna post a comment about the game, try and be there to watch it first!
We really are a bunch of whiners on 10:36 - Sep 13 with 4821 views | QPR_John | Yes the game ended on a high but we were playing 10 men. Let's not forget the first 45 minutes it was woeful and it was clear very early on Millwall were in control and nothing was changed. Would we have got back into the game if Millwall had 11 men nobody will know personally on the evidence and we did concede the second goal when they were a man down I doubt it. Bottom line let's not let the second half hide the problems evident in the first. Our plan B had a lot to do we Millwalls reaction to going a man down. Not whinging just making a comment [Post edited 13 Sep 2017 10:38]

That's a massive step forward in itself if it holds true fro the rest of the season. I do sense that Holloway is starting to feel more confident about the way things are going and that on the whole the ship doesn't have too many leaks in it. I'd say that from other walks of life that feeling is big help in keeping your mind clear and getting all sorts of decisions right (or at least, more often right than wrong, sometimes you have to take a punt on a 50:50)

Exactly. Can't believe someone called out Millwall for being negative. FFS, they ran us ragged in the first half, no hoofball I was expecting, they just kept on exploiting our weaknesses. When they went down to 10 they sat back, what else do you expect?! It's not whinging to point out they were the better side last night, it's just fact.

Yeah I'd say we were until the sending off. Millwall get into us, rattled us, and we weren't particularly effective

I think they reacted to us bringing on Smith and Sylla by taking off their slightly smaller players and flooding their team with bigger b'stards, believing we were going to go route one. We mixed it up quite well and forced them back but they still tried to get out when they could.
