Well done, well done, Saints! A very cagey affair, but Saints showed up - and Leeds did not! No-one played less than very well. We always looked in control - from front to back. Centre defence was immense, Smallbone and Downes were superb in midfield and Adam Armstrong got the job done upfront as he has most of the season.

Not a pretty game and we have certainly played better this season but OMG did the lads show fight and graft to get the job done.

Fantastic effort and I think the Saints fans out sang their Leeds counterparts.

WE ARE PREMIER LEAGUE!!!

Well done Saints. So proud. Everybody put a shift in and Arma took his chance when it came. Delighted for Russell too. A decent and humble bloke. Onwards and upwards. Premier league here we come..!!

What brilliant day! Saints mostly controlled the game and our possession football took the sting out of Leeds attack. RM put the best team on the pitch and they did the business, everybody grafted,... Aribo, Downes, Smallbone we're immense, as so the defence. Hitting the bar was Leeds best shout, luckily they missed. No singing on the train back, everybody's spent. We're back in the PL...we'll think about that tomorrow.

Well we got the job done today lads! The defence kept solid and got the clean sheet, and the attack got us the early goal whilst helping to keep pressure on Leeds’s defence, and the midfield did loads in supporting both the defence and attack! So 10 outta 10 for all the lads out there today!
Still also nice that VAR went basically unnoticed today with no major controversies or delays, so it didn’t ruin the experience for once

Not a football classic but we always looked in control. Everyone put a shift in and a clinical well taken goal sealed it.

Great day out at Wembley! COYR

Bloody hell. Massive credit to RM for doing a job on Leeds for the 3rd time this season. I was surprised at how toothless Leeds were but RM got the tactics right, let them have the ball and frustrate them. The opening 10 minutes of each half wore Leeds down and scuppered their game plan.

Great finish from AA and I can't think of a more suitable match winner than him. He's been superb all season and his work rate sometimes goes under the radar. Walker-Peters as ever walked tall yesterday and smallbone has clearly progressed this season.

The saints fans were brilliant yesterday, out sang the Leeds fans all game.

Credit again to RM.There have been a few stumbles this season but he's picked things up and kept the squad united, focused and positive. Pleased for him and the shift he's put in all season.

Well done all - players, manager and supporters. I will be smiling all week. We deserved it on the day. Special mention to McCarthy, Bednerak, KWP, Smallbone, Armstrong and most of all the formidable Downes.

It won't be long before we start looking ahead to next season with all its anxieties and challenges - but for now let's raise a glass and continue smiling!!!!

Great day out. Tough game with few chances but great defensive performance.

Saints support was superb throughout.

Some great performances throughout the team. We wanted it more than Leeds and it showed.
