I've seen Alfie play three or four times this season for the U18s. He is a very effective Sam Field type midfielder within his age group. Combative and with an eye for a pass. To progress he will need to develop physically - as he is quite slight in stature currently.
The last game I saw him play was Crewe U18s away on the morning of the Burnley game and he was watched by a Welsh FA scout who was asking how he had being doing recently.

Sorry, but QPR U12s should only matter to the kids that play for it and their parents. The senior pro's will be very pleased for the boys........100%. They would probably have been in very similar situations themselves and would know and understand how joyous & important it is.
