Posters on here get so personal when faced with facts or informed opinions. I haven't seen an other football forum that's anywhere as bad as this one.

I barely come on here these days so can't comment on that, pre-premier league I practically lived on here and it was the same then, mostly just people winding each other up though. Very few incidents of people actually being malicious. Then it was slowly taken over by koreans, americans and casual fans and I lost interest. It was why there's two separate boards..seems nobody with the ability to do anything gives a fck anymore.

I've had a few differences of opinion with Jasper T, on the whole he's very well informed on all things scfc and especially the academy in fairness.
But make no mistake, he sometimes gets It wrong (as we all do) and the toys start flying.
Now I don't know why he's stopped posting, perhaps he's gone on holiday... but bullied... nah not having that, he gives as good as he gets. And I should know

Perhaps because having a forum for discussion is pointless if any sort of discussion you disagree with is considered 'trolling' or invites abuse.

Jasper saw a while ago how poor we are at creating chances and was ridiculed for it. He's absolutely right.

Zero wins in four now. Struggling against Leeds and Nottingham is understandable. But Reading? We have two of the best forwards in the division yet we're playing in a manner where we create little to nothing for them. Why?

I must be feeling unwell.

I completely agree with you. I said it to a lot of friends after the game yesterday. I said it on Twitter last night (though you probably know that) that one of the worst things at the moment is that too many people think we are better than what we are. That’s not a criticism because we are still second after not getting a decent result for weeks,to me that shows how bad this league is.

Maybe it shows how bad it is, or maybe it shows how equal it is?

I read the WoL and actually saw a fair point about the chance creation, we were overperforming, scoring a lot of goals from realtively few chances. We were, for a while very efficient in front of goal.
Now we are creating fewer chances, it seems to me. We are slow coming forward and even slower to get the ball into the area. The early promise has faded and Cooper needs to find out why and put it back.

On the MIA thing, I agree with the poster who said it mirrors the state of the nation. If people aren't bothering, maybe it's because the same old same old just bores them.

	Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

I'd agree with that as well (lot's of agreeing on this thread that can't last).

Cooper's got a bit of work to do. We're controlling games in big spells (Leeds aside) but it's fairly safe play. Need a bit of penetration, to borrow a phrase from the last manger to get us out of this division. Again, not a criticism but just what we need to do to take it up a level and finish games off.
