Jose Riga has said that Blackpool are lacking experience, quality and numbers. So have the arrival of two new players answered Riga's frequent requests for additions to his squad? If the Seasiders manager expected the purse strings to open to achieve this, then he'll be disappointed as both players are free transfers.
