Blackpool hope to avoid setting a new record low points total, but will have to do it without defenders Grant Hall (ankle) and Tom Aldred (hamstring). Stockport hold the record for fewest second tier points since the 1988 expansion to 24 sides, with 26 in 2002. Striker Gary Madine may not play after suffering an injury against Cardiff.

Huddersfield midfielder Jonathan Hogg (knee) is doubtful but striker James Vaughan and winger Harry Bunn are expected to return to the squad.
