I have heard the rumours correctly then. We need to get the old solicitors back on the contracts. I have no doubt that Coleman is putting the hours in but is he in the correct role at the club? I want to know if it would cost less to employ someone new to oversee footballing matters that basically means that Williams is reduced to an assistant manager without that title. Whatever happens needs to happen quickly because the players do not seem to know what to actually do. There is no plan. The team looks like it is sinking and that will cost the owners a lot more. Coleman has to decide if he can clean the egg off his face. I'm always around ;) but just wont be down the ground for a good while by the looks of things. I really dont like the idea of watching Exeter again. |

And of course the Party that purchased the club from Martin and the gang absolutely diluted the Trust to be completely ineffective. "My club" is being destroyed before me. The right hand has no idea idea what the left hand is doing. The manager is so far out of his depth it is almost farcical. Social media is a platform that could project the depth of sadness and anger with the status quo but it really does need people to push forward. The same social media might bring those who are brave enough to put themselves forward down as well. Swansea has always been a very big village with every one knowing someone so social media has multiplied that tenfold. My anger has reached a point where I do not want to watch another Swans game, either at the ground or on telly until that guy masquerading as a Championship manager resigns or is sacked. I have heard that the hierarchy have said that it would cost too much to sack him. I have suggested that we have a bucket collection to pay off this termination as a parody of Williams existence at this club. It is all about turning the screw because it seems the mainstream media don't want to do it. |

I think the Racecourse should definitely get games though the FAW(nkers) will say that Wembley is there home. The thing is Cardiff's ground isnt a national stadium so why should they get all the games. |

I wonder how much his wages would be. Great player - more versatile than the other experienced defender we couldn't use in Russ's system |

Keith, you may be aware of the starting wage as a soldier or sailer. It is 15k a year and goes up to 20k after 6 months. It is expected you may get a promotion after 4 years. Question. How much do you think they should start on with no training? It is good to get it out there to get proper comparisons to see what people earn and what they can expect to experience in the job. Nurses are not paid but have loans while they do there three year training. |

Ive played against Paul. Really solid player. He was also at the basic training camp at the same time as me. I was quicker than him but he could stop a lot. Havent seen him for years though. |

One thing I do wish is that the NHS should be run as a whole from Westminster. It has become a fragmented organisation which devolved decisions only had to the chaos. The delivery would probably have the same results and would highlight the issues already highlighted in the differences in demographic etc. What it would show, however, is the lack of need of devolved decisions. |

Yep, my wife is relieved that her main admin person is back next week as it has been a big struggle without her doing exactly that. They have coped for the weeks she has been off sick and it suggests that they aren't essential but other work is piling up in the background. Ships don't sail themselves. |

It is a very beautiful backwater though - the very reason people downsize from their expensive houses after they have lived in soulless areas for most of their lives ond er gwaetha pawb a phopeth..... |

no profession starts on the average Keith. This string was about barristers and a strike. Rich was on about his issue with certain learned professions. I questioned his attitude toward them out of curiosity as they are not earning more (on average) than his chosen previous profession. Rich went off on one. From what I can see therefore, it is ok to slag off other professions but not his. Obviously a few of us have been in the armed forces and a few of us have been in the police force. I expect only one has been in both. Who knows how another would be able to cope in someone else's shoes. |

You've gone off on a totally bizarre rant of no relevance again. No one is criticizing coppers and the hard work they do. The only question is why you dislike educated professions. |

I find that quite a bizarre stat as there certainly feels like there are more people living here. |

It was data from 999essentials. A top line pc after 10 years service in on 41k. I suppose that is like saying a top line nurse doesn't earn more than 31.5k after 10 years service. That is, of course true but then there are a whole load of bands above that as there are bands above PC. |

Sad to see what in this Rich. I'm not sure why you do hold such educated professions in low esteem. There are reasons I could guess. My reason may be wrong. |
