Everton were over this way last year and played Arsenal. Advertised everywhere and more.
Got chatting to one of the organizers taking the piss about having a championship ship team coming over. Sigh!!! Alas

Been too a few of these games, ticket prices silly and game shyte with hundreds of substitutions.

Spurs v Liverpool a while back in Baltimore. My god Liverpool have a lot of supporters in America. Interstate 95 a sea of red.

Man utd v Barca just to see Messi. Ridiculous how good and though what Gerry said about Stanley.

I was in correspondence by email with Jago as he know a my boss. I sent pictures I had with him as a kid at the open day at Ruislip. Replied and a lovely emai from him. I followed up ansking about his departure and the admiral thing. He never replied to that.

That pep article is a great read from the bbc .

Marti advocating a positional pep style game in the independent interview.

We have all seen thousands of players in the hoops. This lot are above and below average players and for Marti to get a tune out of them is outstanding inmo. Good players are consistent, average ones not so much.

Great atmosphere and a good away day.

Why was the only person who called us rangers when asked to predict the score was a 10yr old girl.

2-1 QPR, 3-2 QPR etc. generational thing, I don’t know. Rangers to rangers has to be always call us rangers.

Anyone remember the friendly policeman of a highish rank indiscriminately go in and just grab people and throw them out. Stood on the top of the loft steps. Might have had ginger hair.

Few videos going around of the stadium at a soft opening for an U18 game. Looks very impressive and with the surrounding areas identity kept and restored adding a lot of charm and character.

Champion league finals level of security and hold up places that may test the faithfuls patience.

Also nice to see hordes of blue seats not red ones for a change in a decent stadium.

No family now in the UK so visits fewer but if and when would try and go to a game.

The man really has little affiliation for us unceremoniously obvious when presented to the crowd before the Cardiff game. We’re Londoners/Cockneys etc. Not his gib.

Personally I don’t care for him even when he was our manager. I thought he was fake, insincere and said what you wanted to hear while smiling behind those dentures lurked an unpleasant individual.

Harry fooled a lot of people as well and still doing it.

Yeah like laying into Faulin for not doing a professional foul on a breakaway at the end of a game, conceding a goal.

I did some co commentating for the Kansas City Wizards when MLS first started for the local radio.

It’s not easy and the person with you has to help. Guy with me loved the game, limited knowledge so as a mate got me involved. US commentators/ tv execs do not love space just constant talking.

Was always suprised Amorin took the job knowing it’s a shyte show. Be so refreshing for someone to say ‘thanks but no thanks’

Not sure if he still commentates but Spurs very own Clive Allen was the master of saying exactly what you were seeing. Shearer has got better but when he started on motd it was all stating the bloody obvious.

All started with shouting ‘Rooney’ with that overhead kick.

I think it wad Drury today on comms. USA gets different commentators then the UK sometimes.

Still waiting for a double barreled or really long oddly pronounced name to fcuk it up for him.

I wait in hope.
