Think the next few home matches will decide Larry's fate until the end of the season. After Bolton at home at the end of February, if the results have not picked up especially at home (next 4 home matches are all winnable imo) and if there's no sense of where the team is going, what the tactics are or formation is then he'll be toast.
He'll had 6 weeks by then to bed in the new players and get them up to speed, so his excuses will have run out by then.
In his interviews he keeps going on about a lack of quality in the team, well he keeps picking the same team (which despite the transfers is mainly the same team as a year ago).
Another excuse he keeps coming up with is players needing game time, well stop sticking all the kids in the reserve team, it's there to get match fitness into squad players.
Despite the rumours flying around about unrest in the camp, I'm still tempted to give him until the end of the season if results pick up. We're not going up or going down.
However he does seem to be looking to pick a fight with certain players, I do wonder if his time at Sunderland has left him as damaged goods.
