Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:06 - Oct 26 with 1836 views | monmouth | Let me guess. Totally outplayed; scurrying behind and around the ball; ten of their men in the penalty box at every opportunity; about six men on the line whenever the ball pings around their area; and Marshall makes a couple of good saves? A normal anti football cowardly scum performance?

Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:09 - Oct 26 with 1816 views | lifelong | I've said on here previously, they defend in numbers and they do it quite effectively then hope to hit sides on the break. I was half expecting them to grab all 3 points at the end. Marshall saved them today again.

Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:13 - Oct 26 with 1793 views | Phil_S | I'm intrigued by the 'goal' The ball was in play and the player put it in. Has the referee actually got the right to just say the throw in needs to be retaken? I know it isn't the norm but surely thats not in the laws of the game that he can say he doesnt like the outcome and therefore start it all again? Wouldnt the right thing to have done would been to let Cardiff kick off and Norwich let them run through and equalise?
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:15 - Oct 26 with 1778 views | lifelong | Yes, my thoughts exactly.
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:16 - Oct 26 with 1767 views | reddythered | Ref would probbly say he didn't give Norwich permission to take the throw in, fudge it that way. The right way would have been for the goal to stand, and then allow us to "equalise", but given the Norwich player taking the throw in and Fer seemed happy enough to do what they did, who would trust them? EDIT: Even more so given Norwich played on first half when we had a player down. Hughton to his credit was gesturing to his players to let us score, thinking the goal was allowed. Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:17 - Oct 26 with 1764 views | pencoedjack | In fact Phil there would of been no time to restart it was past 94 mins ..... Letter of the law and all that ...
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:19 - Oct 26 with 1749 views | Phil_S | Extra 30 seconds allowed for the goal...!
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:20 - Oct 26 with 1744 views | NOTRAC | Just said on Sky Norwich had 37 shots on goal.Possibly record in Premiership.

Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:22 - Oct 26 with 1736 views | Phil_S | Disagree - not sure Fer was happy enough to do what he did - he looked genuinely as if he was knocking it back, not really his fault that Marshall was stood at the side of the area rather than in the middle. Its hardly as if he hammered it and then ran the length of the pitch with his shirt over his head? The right thing was to let you equalise However, we should always remember in all of this that in the 94th minute kicking the ball out of play for that reason is a time wasting exercise 9 times out of 10 and for your other point - it is up to the referee to stop play not the opposition. How many times have you been wound up by your team kicking the ball out because of injury only for the injured player to get up as soon as it happens?
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:23 - Oct 26 with 1728 views | Dull1Thomas | All this passing the ball back when a player has been 'injured' has got out of hand. Players feign injury to halt a game and allow their side to regroup. It's happened at the Liberty and when there is a genuine injury (Michu) we end up getting shafted anyway.

Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:23 - Oct 26 with 1726 views | Phil_S | Yet their smartphone app says it was 24 - 10 on target and 14 off!!
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:24 - Oct 26 with 1726 views | reddythered | Sky in not necessarily right shocker. BBC puts it at 31 shots, 10 on target. Sporting life puts it as 14 off target, 10 on target.

Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:30 - Oct 26 with 1708 views | reddythered | Usually players playing the ball back play it to the side to avoid situations where bobbles etc occur and goals get scored. Pass it back, play it away from goal, issue avoided. Time wasting, eh. Player got up limping heavily from what I saw. They'd used all their subs. Yes, it's up to the ref to stop play not the opposition, but if we want to go down that route, how many times have refs stopped play for non-head injuries? So refs are happy to apply a sporting interpretation of that rule. As I said, I believe it should have stood then a goal "gifted". I just don't have confidence some of the Norwich players would have gone along with that. Either way, the "goal" was balanced out, so the right result happened.

Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:31 - Oct 26 with 1699 views | Phil_S | I'm not sure where you get that lack of confidence in the Norwich players from?
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:35 - Oct 26 with 1671 views | reddythered | I don't have any confidence in that situation when playing a side in the relegation place just below us, at that stage of a game. Especially when our record there is abysmal. Even so, "gifting" a goal raises it's own issues. Ref can't order a side to concede after all, no rule covering it. All it would take would be one Norwich player getting their foot in there, so little time left...

Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:37 - Oct 26 with 1663 views | Phil_S | It wouldnt have happened - you could tell that by their own reaction to it. You're just paranoid
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:37 - Oct 26 with 1659 views | ImAlrightJack | Pissed off United won with some old school Fergie grit, even though they are shit and Stoke are even worse. The second biggest bunch of scum behind Cardiff and Van Dick is childish looking at his behaviour at half time. Cardiff I hope go down anyway, hate them the most and don't seem to be taking Premier League life seriously. Just seem like a jolly old laugh to them. Good, means even bigger chances to beat them and plenty of their fans are fretting on Twitter right now. Not in the mood for Fulham - Southampton or El Classico right now after United won, only going to watch Premier League if it's the Swans and/or Cardiff playing from now on, football's done my head in. Overrated league with too many teams only there to make up the numbers and challenge for mid-table slots, with Swansea the attitude is more stronger.
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 17:38 - Oct 26 with 1658 views | reddythered | Of course. After the Chelsea goal, I'm so bloody paranoid I've flipped through the whole mental cycle and become sane... We never do well playing there. Something would have happened.

Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 18:54 - Oct 26 with 1493 views | Phil_S | Fair enough Although you dont blow a whistle for a throw in? The referee fcuked up on what he should do in that instance.
Is Anyone Watching the Cardiff Game on 18:59 - Oct 26 with 1484 views | reddythered | Depends - because the ball was kicked out for an injury, surely ref has to indicate when play has to continue? Can't just take the throw in when you want in that instance, makes a mockery of kicking the ball out in the first place.
