Taylor played right-back during the Olympics and is more likely to play there than Meade. As is Jazz Richards. It will probably be Rangel though.

Looks in that case he will play the same team with JDG coming him and Pozuelo replacing him after 70 mins.
And yes I do think that Pozuelo can be played further back. Just think of him linking with Michu and Bony! I think he can play almost anywhere. | |

Think they'll be starting with JdG and maybe Ki replacing him later on. I suppose Ki is included in the squad now that Shelvey is left at home.
Alex might replace Michu sometime in the 2nd half. Or maybe Laudrup would like to put him on the wing since Pablo is still injured. Would be nice to see Lamah getting some game time though. | |

Right back for the last couple of seasons, also when he was on loan last season.
All his playing time in pre-season was as right back too, where he shared the time equally with Angel Rangel in most games.
Has filled in a bit as right wing in a few cup games in the first half of last season too though. But that was before Lamah came in January as an extra winger option
But with +5 wingers in Pablo, Routledge, Dyer Lamah and Gorré (+ Pozuelo who played there last game and JdG has played winger before too) and only one other right back in Rangel, he probably won't spend any time as right winger this season.
Jazz is there as back-up right back, not any other position. [Post edited 7 Aug 2013 17:10]

Perhaps Laudrup wanna see as many of the new players as possible.
The old core of players from last season played 50 matchs togehter. Now we are safe (4-0), the manager can use the time to let the new players get even more comfortable with the new team (and swansea style).
