Brentford on 18:35 - May 6 with 4363 views | CHUBBS | Yeah i thought the Burton-Bradford tie was a cracker but this is even better. PS i don't think our current team would beat either one of them.
Brentford on 18:36 - May 6 with 4328 views | wombat | Few good players gonna be Aval when this one finishes that's for sure

Brentford on 18:38 - May 6 with 4322 views | queensparker | They're not making it easy for themselves are they. A big reminder of how physical Div One was, 90 mins of relentless channel balls and 22 players chasing everything down. Getting knackered just watching it **opens third can and sits back**

Brentford on 19:55 - May 6 with 3910 views | TearsOfaClown | fantastic match - just like our good old days of doing the simple the hard way. Hope they win at Wembley In the 60's there was talk of us ground sharing with them - would it be so bad now?

Brentford on 20:46 - May 6 with 3783 views | Rs_Holy | Fantastic game of football at griffin park... More entertainment in 120 minutes there than we've seen in 2 seasons. Roll on August and a return to the football league.
Brentford on 21:00 - May 6 with 3728 views | switchingcode | Thought Brentford showed a lot of balls today after that kick in the teeth they got in their final game. What a refreshing change Uwe Rosler is from that that boring fart Redknapp
Brentford on 21:04 - May 6 with 3703 views | gazza1 | Come on....we have had some real rubbish games at the R's over the 2 seasons of Premier football but we have had a few real great games that gave us all much pleasure........
Brentford on 21:05 - May 6 with 3698 views | gazza1 | Well pleased for the Bees.......good luck to them at Wembley.
Brentford on 21:14 - May 6 with 3673 views | Hunterhoop | Let's keep a bit of perspective on these play off ties. I've watched each of the league 1 play off legs and the only team who are playing with a bit of quality, in terms of their passing and moving, is Yeovil. Both legs of the Brentford vs Swindon tie had a hell of a lot of channel balls and up and unders. Yes, there was a huge amount of commitment, endeavour, effort, workrate, etc...and don't get me wrong, I would love it if our players had bothered putting it in to the same level this season, BUT there was very little skill involved. Think back to us when we won the league and we had the likes of Adel, Faurlin, Walker, Routledge, etc, They were all MILES above anything on show in the tie in terms of ability on the ball. It's exactly how I remember League 1. Lots of high balls, physical, hard work, big centre forward (often with a little man), massive centre backs, lots of balls pumped into the box, set pieces, throw ins, etc. I think our play off team and our promotion team would have beaten all of the 4 teams in this year's play-offs comfortably. Maybe that's rose tinted spectacles but I really didn't think the standard was particularly high. Maybe I'm being overly optimistic, but if that is the standard in the Champ next year, providing we have a team that works hard, we'll be absolutely fine. Still, want Yeovil up as it would be a new ground and I fancy a West Country piss up in deepest darkest Somerset!
Brentford on 21:17 - May 6 with 3667 views | Westy75 | Well pleased for them. They bloody deserve it after doncaster. Fingers crossed for them at Wembley and a proper west London derby next season.
