West Ham parking question 14:23 - Jan 15 with 1928 viewsJB1982

Taking my extremely old (and sadly West Ham supporting) grandfather-in-law to the West Ham game. He's not been there in 60 years. Not being the most mobile, we'll have to drive to the game.

If I get there nice and early - does anyone know if there's any decent/easy parking around the stadium? I could drop him off close, and then park somewhere else if needed.

Any idea?

Hope you told him he's walking home if we get beaten.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

I would also suggest contacting West Ham, as you may be able to drive him to the entrance. I did this many years ago at LR with an elderly relative.

I have parked in that Rancliffe Road before with no probs (the other side of Central Park) . Bit of a Bstard after the game if you want to get back on Barking Road but ok to drop down on A13 .

May be a prob getting back to the ground to pick him up , maybe a pint to let the crowds go ?
