I don't begrudge them using the long throw but the referees have to do something about the amount of time they take preparing them. 40 seconds to dry the fking ball every time isn't right.

I can remember seeing a clip of a young Steve Watson launching a long throw by doing a handspring before launching it miles.
There was also that Millwall player Cherioux who could throw it miles. Remember him getting sent off at LR throwing the ball into Lee Cook's face as he was standing in front of him constantly.
