The wife has just managed to dent the rear door of our brand new car - relying on one of those dent repairers could do their magic rather than filling and respraying the door? Anyone used/recommend one?

My understanding is that all these repairers use the same heat/suction/massage tools but I have no experience of this particular company.

Firstly dont use a franchised repair like chipsaway/dent devils as although some people there are very competent others I wouldnt allow to wash my car let alone repair it and can be a bit like playing russian roulette.

As Im slightly OCD about my car I use a sight called detailingworld.co.uk, might be worth you registering and asking the question. i had a quick search and this company http://www.ak-bodycraft.co.uk/ seem to get good feedback and have lots of pictures showing their work.

It all depends where you live but like I said best bet register with detailingworld and ask the question, they're a very helpful and knowledgable bunch.

Where are you based? I have an amazing person here in Luton at the garage round the corner, called Alan. Have had several 'mums' back into my car whilst talking to their kids in supermarket car parks. Alan has made the car look better than when I actually got it.
