If he's average why did all four clubs achieve more with him than they have with anybody else in the last 25 years? Fcking superb manager, always has been.
Wycombe - two promotions and FA trophy wins, almost made it three by taking them into the First Division. Since he left they've yo-yod between league one and two.
Leicester - two League Cup wins, European football and consecutive top ten finishes in the Premiership. Won nothing since, got relegated and now literally cannot buy their way back into the top flight.
Villa - cup final appearance, European football and consecutive sixth placed finishes. Nothing anywhere close to that since he left, or for many years before he arrived.
Celtic - smashed Rangers dominance with league and cup successes that Strachan, Mowbray and Lennon have been unable to match since. Took a Scottish team to a European cup final which is fcking miraculous.

I think the difference between the two cases is,the ref saw something and did nothing,and our ref saw nothing, but did something.
I think that we have no chance of overturning the red card for two very important reasons.
1)The fact that it is Barton and Warnock in the dock,and the F.A. have been waiting a long time for revenge.Especially after they were made to look such a bunch of idiots over the Faurlin case.
2) The main reason that it won't be rescinded is because the referee has just been promoted to the Premiership and they won't want to undermine him and damage his career prospects by overturning his first big decision in the top league. | | | |

He'll get them into the Top 10 easily, with a bit more money he might get a cup run and maybe even Europe given time, unlikely he'll win them the League but if thats the benchmark...... then everyone who isn't basically Ferguson, Mourinho or Wenger in the past 15 years is a failure.

O'Neill is tactically sound, plays to the strengths of the players he has; doesn't try and make a round 'un fit in a square 'un. Most importantly he hgets a defence organised first; never had a team at any level that was easy to beat.
When a manager that was a centre back with 10 odd years premiership experience can't organise a team and O'Neill gets the results he has with the same manpower you have all the proof you need.
