He looks a very capable and intelligent guy.
Currently under contract with Minesota. Could this be an obstacle?
Likely to have worked with Alan Tate in the youth set up of the Swans.
Apologies for nothing other than pure speculation on my part - Tatey as his No 2?.

He's got ex Swan Dennis Lawrence as his No 2 @ Minesota 🤔

Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

I feel he fits the profile of what I'm looking for in a coach. You get the distinct impression that this guy is going places. Whether we get him or not remains to be seen.

He sounds ok but is he what we need at the moment?

He's got a very small CV and heading in to a championship relegation battle. His statistics aren't the best either.

My glass is half full not half empty.
I'm confident that we can kick on from here.
Results either way make a huge difference in this league.

Maybe in the summer, but I'd prefer Sheehan until the end of the season, I think we will see an uplift in performance after Williams has gone

You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game

I agree...think we'll survive with Sheehan...and then someone...maybe Ramsey comes on board for next season with a clean slate.

He got off to a fantastic start and finished the season very strongly. There was a big dip in the middle because the US season coincided with the Copa America and they lost a number of key players and had to carry on without them.
He plays fast, counter attacking football and set club records for away goals scored amongst others.

Would he be able to play fast counter attacking football here with this squad?

This season is now all about survival

If Sheehan can keep us up, so can Ramsey.
And if he can’t, we will still have our number 1 priority choice at the helm in league one.
Or Sheehan.

The ex Leeds united boss.

Manger of Canada at the moment so I can’t see it happening tbh.

Plays with a clear play style knows the game.
American 🤨 .
I would rather him than Ramsey tbh.
We are all getting exited for a new boss and way of playing
Jesse would bring his own play style red bull football.

Assistant manager to the Bob with the US.
Bob has a very lengthy CV of clubs in the US and some in Europe. Still one if our worst managers ever.
March avoided the drop on the last day of the season with Leeds. They started that day bottom.
Was then fired for not being too impressive the next season.

Marsch has a very gpod win ratio, but most of that is from his time in Austria.

Williams should take a lesson from this on how to respond.

Everyone is wrong most of the time. Bob was probably a half decent coach as suggested by his long record of employment. He had no chance at Swansea.

Fans do not know best as is indicated by the ownership group they own.

Marsch did not make good signings at Leeds but that would be outside his remit at Swansea.

Wise sage since Toshack era

In all of this noise the fact is we've had 3 managers in 3 years and with it a decline in the standard of the squad .What I'd like is someone who v can stabilise the Club in terms of firstly league position , C/ship mid table, then a Manager who can develop players and who is tactically aware and not looking for the next payout. A Board who have and show ambition within the Clubs means keeping us sustainable , is that too much to ask .
