I had the same issue; I refreshed it a few times, and it finally let me in. A few of our party were not so lucky though.

No it wouldn't let you through to the ticket page until you had enough loyalty points for the time category. Similarly I was logged on at the time that allowed for my loyalty point tier. Just turns out they were all sold/in process of being sold. | | | |
