No sure where you get the idea that Ni is not a huge increase. It is an increase if £25 billion
The lower threshold is decreasing by £4200 which means an increase of £638 per employee plus a 1.2% increase NI rate.
If an employer pays an employee £20000 a year that is a huge increase of nearly £800 per employee per year. | |

Correct. I rarely go to town or city centres as the parking is a pain. I go to out of town shopping and buy online. Going for a meal and a pint is expensive in the cities.
