Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 12:58 - Dec 19 with 751 views | union_jack | As horrendous as this case is, is there any need for it to be the only news item on today. It’s not even a UK story. Clearly it needs reporting but at the expense of other news?

Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 13:44 - Dec 19 with 716 views | Joesus_Of_Narbereth | It’s probably because it’s one of the most horrific and disturbing cases we’ve seen in Europe this century.

Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 14:37 - Dec 19 with 615 views | trampie | French law is different to English law, intent as opposed to consent, I guess that is why lots of them pleaded not guilty. The French are talking about changing their law on the subject.

Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 14:44 - Dec 19 with 596 views | union_jack | Well I’m sure that’s open to debate but, and I did say how horrendous it was, dies it merit as much UK airtime? This is a question about that, please don’t take the point out of context because you’ll be looking for things that aren’t there👍.

Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 14:47 - Dec 19 with 564 views | theloneranger | "Dominique Pelicot has been found guilty and sentenced to 20 years in prison for drugging his ex-wife, Gisèle, raping her and inviting dozens of men to also abuse her over nearly a decade, along with other charges. Pelicot had admitted the charges against him. He was on trial with 50 other men, the majority of whom denied charges of rape. The court in the French city of Avignon found 47 of the men guilty of rape, two guilty of attempted rape, and two guilty of sexual assault. The defendants now have 10 days to appeal." https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c785nm5g5y1o

Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 19:49 - Dec 19 with 361 views | trampie | Gisele deserves a break after what she has been through but you would think that at some point she would need to be interviewed about her ex husband in relation to other cases he is potentially linked with (assuming she hasn't been already), was his clothes buzzing of ethanol, did he lose items of clothing back in the day, his behaviour at a given time etc etc. Perhaps Gisele was busy getting on with life, children, work, other things etc and did not notice anything (if indeed there was anything too notice, who knows if this trial is just part of the Pelicot story or if it is the whole story). Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 19:50 - Dec 19 with 356 views | majorraglan | I’ve not followed the case and have only read the headlines, as to be honest it’s abhorrent. I can’t get my head around why someone would do this to their wife and why the other offenders would want to be party to such an act. It’s utterly sick.
Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 19:59 - Dec 19 with 338 views | trampie | There was a theory but Dominique dismissed it and Gisele didn't think it was the case but wasn't sure. A lot of the offenders were just that offenders low life's, not Mr Everyday I would say as apparently coined by the press

Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 01:12 - Dec 20 with 252 views | Joesus_Of_Narbereth | What do you mean I’ll be looking for things that aren’t there? 🤷♂️ Should it be a top story on uk news? I think so. It’s one of those incredibly (and thankfully) rare stories that seem completely unbelievable. Like the Fritzl house of horrors how can people act like this to members of their own family? It’s as bad as it gets.

Gisele Pelicot….sentence on 08:49 - Dec 20 with 159 views | onehunglow | It’s an horrific story of how evil men can be and how vulnerable women still are . She could have had anonymoity and waived it to highlight this problem With men . Incredible and worthy of headlines here
