Has anyone else noticed that, when he’s subbed off, Saito turns to the pitch and bows. In a sporting context this is also done at martial arts dojos and at Sumo wrestling. Being a bit of a fan of all things Japanese I love that he does this.

When Japan got knocked out at the last World Cup they left the dressing room in spotless condition fair play to them .
When Hideki Matsuyama won thev Masters a few years ago his caddie bowed to the course after taking the flag on the 18th green it got world wide attention
Cant wait to see the celebration when Saito finally scores for us

Personally, I think it's his way of acknowledging and showing respect of how we dealt with the Chinese Olympic Team.

I've got the Power.

I really enjoy watching him - and his lack of end product is rather more to our finishing ability really isn't it.

He's out of contract at Lommel at the end of the season isn't he - so a contractual free for all? I imagine there'll be suitors aplenty but would love him here permanently. Big if re: our staying up in there of course.

Haha yes, having worked for a Japanese company for 16 years!

Compared to where I am now where I've had two decent pay rises in two years.
