Huge Win 21:45 - Nov 27 with 5149 viewsBrianMcCarthy

We're 23rd and two points off safety.

Would have been 24th and six points off had we lost.

I know it's only November but that's a big result.

Very fair point.
I was really only talking about the result, Derby. I agree in terms of performance, though.

I thought we were nervous in possession again and rarely built a calm move to relieve the pressure.

I also thought we tired again, mentally, physically, combination of both?...who knows from the outside.

It looked like what it was - a team desperately trying to win it's first game in ages. I thought we looked calm at the back but nervous from there on up.

Hopefully, we'll show more poise on Saturday now that we've a win under our belt.

Found out? What's to discover? Pretty sure Watford will meet with no surprises.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

The thing is that it doesn't matter if we're rubbish. If we finish 1 GD above the relegation zone this season that's job done. And a goalkeeper who stops shots and, dare I say it, a striker who scores goals, will win enough games where the stats say we were worse for us to do that.. it's not glorious but it is survival.
