A gruesome but compelling watch.
Touching on Boston's comment, what most struck me most was how the idiot cop and complacent judge escaped any scrutiny as to their enabling. Perhaps it was obviously implicit but once again, while we acknowledge there will always be malign people - it's why we have laws, after all - it's difficult to accept that they are so often enabled by people who should be standing in their way. | |
