Good to see him score tonight.
That’s him gone in the summer, if not before.

He became the 40th player to win an England cap as a Saints player. He played very well too. It's a shame Lee Carsley has to go. I'm not sure that Tuchel will be an improvement.

Big involvement of past and present Saints players today,TH Bellis,Manning and Livramento.
Not forgetting Bednarek and Shea Charles on duty for Poland and N.Ireland.
Saints have some good players our problems are more off the field ran on it.

Yes well done him
U21 captain, full squad, scores on debut
Yet Wuss thinks Stephen’s should start ahead of him
Clueless

No, Saint22. Hardly clueless. If THB plays, there may be a risk that he might score. Better not play him.

Nice to see a Saints player score one. It doesn't happen often.

Pleased to see him come on and score.
If we don't stay up (as looks likely) he will move on..

It's a cert that THB will move on, even in the unlikely event of us staying up.
Players always come back from International duty with their ambitions raised.
Mixing + training + playing with other International players that are earning twice as much as your are is bound to turn the head of even the most devoted players.
Bit at least we'll sell him for a lot more than we paid for him.
That'll make a change from recently having to get rid of players for a lot less than we paid for them.

Lawrie McMenemy used to say how much he had a mixture of pride and angst at his players being called up for International duty. There was pride in seeing a player called up from SFC but he said it nearly always spelled trouble when they returned from it because of the influence from players from the so called bigger clubs. He argued that Mark Wright was never the same once he was called up for England.

He is Roy Keane’s son in law.

We thought that we had the answers, It was the questions we had wrong.
