Good idea,
A carvery should be choosing what meat and veg you like, take enough to fill you. Don’t overdo it.
But it has to be extremely nice. No frozen muck.
A lot of places these days rely on frozen stuff coming in, and never make their own deserts. They should be shut down. | |
