Yes, I remember that game well. He played all alone up front, kept 4 defenders busy and still scored against us, playing a neat 1-2 through the centre of our defence and slotting the ball into the bottom corner.
As for the quality of our scouts, most scouts are in their jobs more because of who they know rather than what they know. Ross Wilson, our former head of scouting, became a scout because his best friend's dad, who worked in the media department at Falkirk FC , knew he was a studious lad and asked him to write reports on U18 games. You probably could have done a better job than he did here. Just because someone is in a job, doesn't necessarily mean he is any better suited to it than the next man. [Post edited 29 Oct 2024 9:50]

Gyökeres has just scored his 2nd goal against Man City. He's just too good for them. It's his 22nd goal in 17 games this season. He's even making Haaland look 2nd rate.
