As usual, we got him from Spuds this summer.

Smells like a trout farm in here

Strong Points: Hasn't been at Rangers long enough to have had basic footballing abilities like a good first touch, tackling, passing and shooting beaten out of him.

Weaknesses: He's on a contract, we'll fùcking beat all that shìt out of him.

He certainly looks good, the last time I was as impressed by a young player of his ilk was Len Snodgrove in 1904.

Good lad.

Was impressed on Saturday and a nice tidy clever finish to score in this game.

Composure to do that in only his second ever appearance and to be where he was on the pitch too, to have that chance.

Refreshing interview. Just a boy so happy with himself.

Better than these interviews with so called more experienced pros which follow the party line and full of clichés.

Overtaken Dixon Bonner in the pecking order then and came on ahead of Madsen.

Might have discovered that driving forward central midfielder we have been lacking for many seasons, very promising.

Yep, I give it five games before we riddle him with the back pass virus.

doesn't matter what data we use we always end up getting someone from Spurs

What an opportunity for him to stake a claim in the team, the way the midfield has been performing. He's comes in, tried a lot harder than the rest and scores a goal, an important goal at that. Lets hope he pushes on and keeps pushing the others to do better.

I think he's our most exciting prospect. Only 18 years old, yet he plays with maturity, confidence and a touch of swagger. A game-changer already, I think last night could be a turning point in the season, for him and for Rangers.

Poll: Who is your player of the season?

Regardless of anything It was great to watch and listen to the young fellah.

A lad who was embarrassed and clearly In a bit of a shock but couldn't hide his joy.

Makes a change from the usual dirge we've been served up recently and that'll do for me.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

The lad has got a pair.

He's come on both games and proper showed, offered and been brave.
He's mobile and a little bit spikey

I'd not be clamoring for him to be starting just yet but as noted above he's ahead of others now.
What's really disappointing is that I don't see the others doing what they need to do to fight their way back in front of him..... shower of kuntz that they are.

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Agree but I assume your disappointment is with the senior players because all the "younger ones" seem to have made a decent effort when given the chance. Bennie, LLoyd and Morrison all looked more positive than many others when given the chance.

BTW. Morgan's interview is ace.

Probably got it from Ange Postecoglou.

He wasn't quite as excited as the Alfie Lloyd interview, but he wasn't far off.
Very refreshing.

Massive cost saving possible here: bin off all the Recruitment team and just employ someone to go to every Spurs u23 and academy game. Job done.

Interesting that Morgan has jumped above EDB in the young CM pecking order during the international break. He cant event make the bench at the moment! I know he wasnt that great in the recent cup games but strange just how far he's fallen out of favour without playing that much. He cant be training too well currently or maybe he's injured, who knows anymore.

Next Stuart Wardley you mean!

Dont know why we bother. .... but we do!

I wonder why he got released by Spuds ? Looks a much better prospect than other Spurs off-casts we have had such as Carroll, Pedder, Oteh, the list goes on

kieran morgan... on 14:05 - Oct 23 with 4118 viewsPdog

Yeah it's an interesting one, EDB barely been seen since letting Nketiah run off him to score, and then hooked at h/t. Kolli too, but supposedly other factors at play there.

We know Marti is open to giving players an opportunity, but can be ruthless when needed. The fact Morgan was brought on ahead of Madsen speaks volumes and aligns with how we've all felt about his recent performances.

However, I don’t think Madsen will be completely binned just yet, given our investment in him. It seems more like a chance for him to reflect and come back stronger - or at least that’s the hope.
